My complaint about the cordless dental water jet (Waterpik Ultra) is that the charger loses its charge very quickly. As long as I keep it plugged in, it seems to work, but only for about three fillings.
I sent an email to the seller, and received this answer:

This product is everything the description says it is. After using the Waterpik, my mouth and teeth feel exceptionally clean. The ortho tip does a good job of cleaning my braces, and the tongue cleaner is great too! I highly recommend this product to anyone with braces. Your mouth will love it, and your dental checkups will be a breeze!
