I bought Aquafresh for $1.50. I bought Tom’s for approx $5 with exactly same major ingreds and quantity as Aquafresh. There is hardly any taste in the paste. Do not recommend.

For some reason this toothpaste gives me a sore throat that goes away within a half hour of its use. As far as I know, I’m not allergic to anything, so I cannot comment on the reason for the throat ache. Also, after that half hour my teeth feel as though they’ve never been brushed. If I want clean feeling teeth, I add a pinch of baking soda. I won’t purchase this again. I recommend Arm & Hammer Complete Care Fluoride Extra Whitening Toothpaste with Baking Soda & Peroxide, Fresh Mint instead. Since there is baking soda and peroxide in the Arm and Hammer, I know it’s doing its job.

It taste like I’m brushing with baking soda. I love Tom’s customer service and I love their eco-efforts and other products but I’m not so sure there toothpaste is something I’ll get again….with that said I would rather use their spearmint toothpaste than the cinnamon one. The cinnamon paste is just nasty.

This is the best toothpaste on the mkt. I highly recommend it because of it having natural/organic ingredients which makes it much healthier for you. There’s no other.

I’ve tried 4 or 5 of Tom’s toothpastes, this one is definitely the best. The ‘Whole Care’ selection gives the best results, and the Spearmint is the best flavor. Far superior to any brand out there.
PROS: No colorings, it’s white. I’ve always been skeptical of brushing with green and blue dyed toothpaste from other brands, why do I want dye on my teeth?; no artificial sweeteners, something else you don’t want on your teeth. Then when you do your research, you find Tom’s of Maine is an all around good company as well. Good people, good product.
CONS: The price. Shop around for the best deals and use coupons. But, you do get what you pay for with this great product. It’s worth it.
