I chewed throught the guard and now, right now, in the middle of the night, discovered I have very uncomfortable sores all over the inside of my mouth. It appears to be an allergic reaction or something. I hope I don’t die.

It is not what I expected for rhe price, My moth isn’t that big and i can’t seem to adjust the piece to be comfortable for the night. Would I get another one ? No!

I thought this would help with my nighttime grinding of my teeth, but it just isn’t comfortable and I really regret spending the money on it.
Guess it is cheaper than getting one from the dentist, but I still don’t think it was worth the price.

This was a total waste of money, even my dentist did not give me any positive advice on it after inspecting it ” too Weak “, it does not help at all in the sideways motion which is critical if you have these night problems with your jaws. Poor Design.

I started off by trying the regular-sized version, which was too bulky on the outside part. That extra bulkiness irritated my gums and pinched the insides of my cheeks. Fortunately, Sleep Right had an excellent company policy that allowed me to return my dental guard and get a full refund (there is a time limit for this policy to apply, though). This slim dental guard was comfortable, though the smaller size meant that it was more likely to fall out of place. I don’t have a particularly small mouth, but I think this dental guard would be best for any woman who has a medium-to-small jaw. Another problem, common with most dental guards I’ve tried, was that I chewed through this one within four months or so.
