I employ heavy duty shears to open packages like these, much to my chagrin. This package, worse than others of its ilk, had difficult to reach edges so be prepared for a real battle to get it open…Also look very closely to locate highly camouflaged battery direction indicators…Once you get the toothbrush in your hands and batteries installed correctly it works quite well. These packages are designed for prevention of in store tampering and theft (sensor sealed within package) but demonstrate a contempt for the consumer. Amazon should insist on “mail order” packaging.

my oral-b s-200 is broken, I hope this can replace it. I read one review that claim this brush is as good. I was misinformed then because this one is not good as a s-200, s-320 or their complete sonic brush, which is suppose do the brushing for you. You can still use it as a manual brush but with sonic assistance. The sonic on this one is weak compare to s-200. I think it has small motor inside do the vibration, but the vibration is on the brush handle and not on the brush tip itself, so it is very ineffective to send the vibration to the brush and does not clean as well. In my opinion, this brush does one thing well, that is to destroy the Sonic trade mark. I wish I bought it local and can return it easily.
Every review that report this brush can not brush as good as their more expensive model gets 7 user think it is not helpful, is it not a cheap trick?

While this toothbrush does what it is supposed to do and the 2-minute timer is a nice addition, the design is flawed. It is impossible to brush your teeth with this brush without drooling all over the place. I believe it has to do with the width of the brush attachment. Brushing your teeth with this toothbrush is quite messy, no matter how hard I try, and I would not buy this item again.

I love this tooth brush but where do you get refills. I can not find them anywhere and they are so expensive. they cost more then the tooth brush alone. so if anyone has an idea please let me know
