I’ve owned many electric toothbrushes over the years and this one is the worst, by far. After a few days the LCD display on it died. A month later this toothbrush turned itself on in the middle of the night and woke me up. I got up to shut it off only to find out that there was no way to shut it off except to let it discharge on its own, which took about 15 minutes. I couldn’t just remove the battery because the battery compartment has a lock on it which can only be unlocked with the charger which I didn’t have at the time because I was traveling. So to sum up, after about a month of use, this $110 toothbrush ended up in the trash bin. I have never had any problems with any other electric toothbrush, including other Oral-B models. Save your money and stay away from this piece of junk. I wish I could give this product zero stars instead of one because it doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating.

This toothbrush leaves your teeth and mouth feeling very clean. Even after eating a meal, my teeth still feel clean. The floss action brush works wonders! The digital display lets you know when you’ve spent enough time cleaning your teeth by displaying a smiley face, a little juvenile but effective. It has 4 different pulsating actions that will stop if you apply too much pressure to your teeth and gums. Happy teeth + happy gums + happy mouth = HAPPY YOU!
I highly recommend this toothbrush! BUY ONE NOW!!!

I bought this as an upgrade from my previous Oral-B toothbrush which I’ve had for 5 or so years. It was well worth the investment; I now look forward to brushing my teeth.

I just received the shipment from Amazon a few hours ago and discovered that the contents delivered are short a couple items in Amazon’s description in the “In the Box” section. The missing items are one of the three promised brush heads and a charging station with brush head storage. There is a charging station included but it has no provision for storing brush heads. I consider the brush head storage to be a critical omission; the missing brush head not so critical but still less than promised when ordered.
I have searched the Amazon site and cannot find any way to contact them about these omitted items. I could cancel the entire order but there should be some means for contacting them to report these omission and allow them to correct the situation without reversing the entire order. I think that Amazon should prominently place a “Contact” link through which problems of this sort can be reported either online or by phone.
I can’t legitimately rate the item because I haven’t used it yet but Amazon demands that a rating be given in order to provide a review.
